Summary: The Associate Attorney is responsible for managing legal matters in the areas of General Estates and Trusts, Special Needs Planning, Probate, Guardianships, Elder Law, and Public Benefits. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of client legal matters, including advising about and preparing documents to implement estate and trust planning; counseling clients about eligibility requirements for public benefits programs, and make and implement plans to achieve eligibility; advise about and handle guardianship and probate matters. • Regular client/court/institution contact. • Market individual practice and participate in firm-wide marketing initiatives. • Other duties as assigned.
