The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of employment counseling and/or general employment litigation experience with a background in international employment law. The role requires strong academic credentials from a top law school, excellent communication, analytical and writing skills, and top tier law firm experience in an employment practice. The candidate must also have the ability to work effectively in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members.
