Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative assistance and case management support to the Strategic Litigation Department. - Prepare court documents, proofread briefs, and assist with budget planning. - Conduct investigative and legal research to support active cases. - Collaborate with other departments and maintain a database of scientific literature. - Assist with hiring process and arrange department meetings and events. - Manage attorneys' travel and speaking schedules. - Maintain litigation resources and assist with quarterly reports. - Respond to requests from outside counsel and manage litigation-related travel. - Monitor case acceptance and track pending litigation. Qualifications: - , plus 1 year of experience, or equivalent level of prior legal experience (5 years). - Superior editing and proofreading skills. - Familiarity with legal search engines such as Westlaw and LexisNexis is ideal but not required. - Must be legally authorized to work in the .
