Lateral Associate - IP Litigation (SF)

Law Firm is looking for attorneys in law school class years 2018 – 2021 to join our IP Litigation team. This is a great opportunity for those looking to make a lateral move to a law firm in San Francisco.

Qualifications:

•
• IP/patent litigation experience
• Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees
• CAFC clerkship experience a plus
• Experience with PTAB disputes a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual compensation range between $225,000 and $345,000
• Benefits include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
