Law Firm Intellectual Property Disputes Junior/Midlevel Associate

Law firm is looking for a junior to midlevel associate with 1-5 years of experience to join its intellectual property disputes practice. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience, and is an active member of the bar in the state of the law firm office for which they are applying.

Salary and Benefits

For positions in California the salary wage range for this job posting is $215,000 to $415,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave).

At-Will Position

If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will position" and the firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, firm or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
