### Job Description
Wilson Elser is looking for an experienced associate to join its growing national practice in its San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have experience in Life, Health, Disability and ERISA litigation, including bad faith lawsuits, and will be able to independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end.

#### Qualifications
- JD from an Accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- 3+ years of litigation defense experience
- Experience with Life, Health, Disability and ERISA litigation (including bad faith lawsuits)
- Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure
- Excellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail

#### Responsibilities
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners around the country on legal projects
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
- Regularly handle court appearances, written discovery, motion practice, and depositions
