Holland & Hart, a leading law firm with 13 offices across the country, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Administration Paralegal to join our tax practice group. This position is available in Denver, Salt Lake City, Boise, or Jackson, and offers competitive salaries and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting estate planning documents and trust and estate administration
- Handling lifetime estate tax planning transactions
- Assisting with corporate and real estate transactions
- Communicating with clients in a professional and effective manner
- Multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Collaborating with team members and being a self-starter

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience as an Estate Planning and Administration Paralegal

- Strong knowledge of trust and estate administration
- Experience with lifetime estate tax planning transactions is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
