As a member of our Derivatives practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters and support various groups within the firm, including energy and infrastructure, restructuring and special situations, M&A, fintech, digital assets, and litigation. Our clients include banks, broker-dealers, insurance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds, and market-makers. You will be responsible for advising clients on transactional and regulatory matters, as well as drafting and negotiating documentation related to derivatives trading. This includes ISDA Master Agreements, Prime Brokerage Agreements, Master Repurchase Agreements, Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreements, Accelerated Share Repurchase Agreements, Futures Agreements, and Cleared Derivatives Execution Agreements. Experience with corporate equity derivatives is a plus.
