The ideal candidate will bring expertise in representing clients in personal injury cases, conducting thorough legal research, drafting essential legal documents, and preparing cases for trial. This role requires a commitment to advocating for clients' rights and achieving favorable outcomes.

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases with dedication and legal expertise.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare and organize cases for trial, including managing evidence and witness preparation.
• Advocate effectively on behalf of clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
• Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve fair outcomes for clients.
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Wisconsin (Wisconsin State Bar).
• Proven experience in personal injury law, with a track record of successful case outcomes.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education & Certifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Wisconsin State Bar license.
