Responsibilities:
- Counsel hospitals, health care systems, physician groups, insurers, biopharmaceutical and medical device companies, and other prominent health care entities on legal challenges
- Handle white collar defense matters, internal investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, risk management, corporate governance, and compliance counseling
- Provide guidance on state and federal regulatory and compliance matters (health care experience preferred)

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in white collar defense matters
- Strong subject matter knowledge and academic credentials
- Ability to meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Motivated team player with integrity
