Job Title: Pre-Closing Specialist at Law Firm in Winston-Salem, NC

The Law Firm of MGC Real Estate is currently seeking a Pre-Closing Specialist to join our Real Estate practice in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of legal experience in real estate or those with an expressed interest in learning real estate legal practices. A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program and/or Bachelor's Degree are preferred qualifications for this role.

As a Pre-Closing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our real estate practice by assisting with pre-closing tasks and ensuring the smooth transition from contract to closing. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
