Salary Range:

Bowman and Brooke LLP, a nationally recognized law firm specializing in defense litigation, is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney to join our team in either our Los Angeles (Torrance) or Orange County (Costa Mesa) location. This position offers a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $195,000+ annually, depending on experience.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-exposure and technically intricate lawsuits for corporate clients, including Global 500 and internationally based companies. Our experienced trial lawyers are Courtroom Tested and Verdict Vetted®, providing you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and responsibility in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Defend corporate clients in product liability cases
- Handle large-scale motions and trials, with a preference for those with trial experience
- Stay up-to-date on current state and federal procedures
- Communicate effectively through written and oral communication
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications:

- JD from an accredited law school
- Current California Bar admission
- 3-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or product liability
- Strong understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
