A law firm located in Boston, MA, is seeking a motivated and skilled Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their growing team. The firm specializes in personal injury cases, including premises liability, auto accidents, and slip-and-fall incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in litigation, with experience in case preparation, discovery, motion practice, and client representation. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are passionate about fighting for justice on behalf of plaintiffs and handling cases from start to finish.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in personal injury matters, including premises liability, slip and fall, and auto accident cases.
  • Draft and prepare complaints, discovery documents, responses, and motions.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, from client intake through case resolution.
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and other litigation-related activities.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to ensure successful case outcomes.
  • Perform legal research and provide counsel on complex legal issues.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload and handle client matters independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • An active Bar license in Massachusetts is required.

Skills:

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
