Job Overview:
A law firm located in Boston, MA, is seeking a motivated and skilled Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their growing team. The firm specializes in personal injury cases, including premises liability, auto accidents, and slip-and-fall incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in litigation, with experience in case preparation, discovery, motion practice, and client representation. Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, including premises liability, slip and fall, and auto accident cases.
• Draft and prepare complaints, discovery documents, responses, and motions.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, from client intake through case resolution.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and other litigation-related activities.
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to ensure successful case outcomes.
• Perform legal research and provide counsel on complex legal issues.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload and handle client matters independently.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active Bar license in Massachusetts is required.
