Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys in the Corporate Immigration practice group with various tasks related to immigration law
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents and forms
- Managing and organizing case files and documents
- Communicating with clients and government agencies regarding case updates and requirements
- Assisting with business development efforts and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a paralegal with heavy emphasis on business immigration matters and project management
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
- Knowledge of immigration law and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
