Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. - Paralegal certification required. - At least 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal working on asbestos/toxic tort cases. - Experience in all phases of the litigation process. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects for several attorneys. - Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, professional environment. - Able to adapt to changing priorities and be flexible. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of firm personnel, clients, and other legal professionals. - Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
