A law firm in New York City is seeking a Real Estate Law Attorney with portable business and significant experience in real estate law.
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on various real estate matters, including transactions, leasing, financing, and development.
- Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, and leases.
- Conduct due diligence and title examinations for real estate transactions.
- Assist clients in negotiations and settlements related to real estate disputes.
- Represent clients in real estate closings and other legal proceedings.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry.
Requirements:
- Portable business.
- Significant experience as a Real Estate Law Attorney.
- Admission to the State Bar in New York or eligibility for admission.
