Job Description:
- Actively seeking a midlevel insurance coverage associate for our Newark, NJ and/or Philadelphia, PA offices
- Work on complex insurance coverage matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Attend court hearings and depositions
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on cases
- Communicate with clients and provide legal advice and counsel
- Participate in business development and marketing efforts to attract new clients

Qualifications:
- NJ, NY or PA Bar Admission required, additional admission in CT helpful
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and ambitious with a desire to learn and grow
