- Perform legal research and draft memos and pleadings
- Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations
- Draft position statements and dispositive motions
- Counsel clients on employment law matters

Requirements:
- degree and license to practice law in North Carolina
- 2+ years of experience in employment litigation or related field
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
