Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and writing for Auto and Transportation cases.
- Manage cases from start to finish, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide a strong defense for clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Must have at least five years of experience in Auto and Transportation cases.
- Strong research and writing skills are required.
- Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
- Experience in insurance defense is preferred but not required.
