As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with multinational brand owners in a variety of industries, and develop close professional relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Advise clients on all aspects of the acquisition, protection, enforcement, and exploitation of IP rights and technology
Leverage global resources and extensive experience to help clients grow and protect their intellectual property worldwide
Work efficiently across borders and form international teams of attorneys
Act for multinational brand owners in industries such as household and pharmaceutical products, fashion and luxury goods, transportation, sports, consumer products, foods, electronic goods, media, entertainment, and technology
Develop close professional relationships with clients and understand their business to better satisfy their legal and commercial requirements
Train and supervise Junior Associates

Qualifications:

Admitted to and a member in good standing of a . State Bar where they will be practicing
5-7 years of IP Tech Transactions experience
Top academic credentials
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication and writing skills

Compensation:

Annual base salary of $260,000 - $435,000
Based on location in California or New York

Requirements:

Mid-Level to Senior Associate with 5-7 years of experience
Strong background in IP Tech Transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IP migrations and reorganizations, trademark and patent licenses, software development agreements, and service provider agreements
Experience with AI, data, and technology aspects of corporate and transactional matters
Ability to work in a global team environment and with culturally diverse team members
Excellent communication and writing skills
Admitted to and a member in good standing of a . State Bar
