Law Firm Seeks Experienced Associate for Managed Care Litigation Practice

Law Firm is looking for an experienced associate to join its national managed care litigation practice. The ideal candidate should have four to seven years of general litigation and/or arbitration experience, including brief writing, legal research and analysis, and oral argument. A background in managed care is required, including experience with provider contract and billing disputes, medical necessity, level of care, and coordination of benefits, as well as out of network payor provider litigation.

Qualifications:

• Four to seven years of general litigation and/or arbitration experience
• Background in managed care, including experience with provider contract and billing disputes, medical necessity, level of care, and coordination of benefits
• Experience in a law firm
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, personable, articulate and able to collaborate
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills
• Preferred law school experience includes law clerk internships, moot court or law review/journal
• Preferred bar license in at least one of the following states: California, Texas or Florida

Compensation:
