The Moore Law Group, a leading law firm in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Associate Attorney. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 and offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within our firm.

As an Entry Level Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced attorneys and gain valuable hands-on experience in the legal field. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and has a strong desire to succeed in the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Prepare cases, attend court hearings, and supervise paralegals
- Communicate with clients and maintain open lines of communication
- Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving opportunities
- Continuously improve processes and implement changes to improve quality results

Minimum Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of Arizona
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of litigation process and experience in creditor's rights law is a plus
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

- Normal office environment with sitting for extended periods of time
- Close vision, depth perception, and color vision required for computer work
- Clear speech needed for telephone communication
