Duties:
- Draft and prosecute patent applications globally in the fields of chemical and material sciences, focusing on organic chemistry and polymers.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients on various intellectual property matters, including patent preparation, portfolio management, and opinion rendering.
- Assist in patent counseling, post-grant proceedings, and portfolio evaluation.
- Participate in IP transactions, licensing agreements, and patent litigation services.
- Work closely with clients to ensure exceptional service, providing creative and responsible solutions.
Requirements:
- . Patent and Trademark Office registration as a Patent Agent.
- 2+ years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably in organic chemistry, polymers, or related fields.
- Experience in global patent drafting and prosecution.
- Strong technical knowledge of polymer chemistry, polymer synthesis, composites, and coatings is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Education:
- A degree in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, or polymer physics is required.
- A . or Master’s degree in any of the relevant fields is preferred.
Certifications:
