Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience in high-tech specialties. This role involves all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including developing court submissions, discovery, motions, and trial work.

Duties:

• Develop court submissions relevant to infringement and validity
• Manage discovery and motions
• Prepare expert opinions and assist in trial work
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective case management

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of IP experience, particularly in high-tech sectors.
• Must be barred and in good standing in the practicing State.
• Admission to the USPTO is preferred.

Education:

• Graduate degree in technology areas (., electrical engineering, computer sciences, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer systems engineering, or material sciences)

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the practicing state
