Subrogation and Recovery Department Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for evaluating and handling large property claims including coordinating the investigation, retention and management of experts, identifying potential theories of liability, and client reporting. The role is primarily to triage large losses, closing those that are nonviable with client approval, and identifying claims with an appropriate factual and legal basis for pursuit of recovery. Should ideally have 4+ years of experience handling insurance claims, construction claims, or commercial litigation. Excellent research and writing skills are needed. Must have a license in good standing in the resident state.
