As a Personal Injury Senior Associate, you will play a key role in this mission by handling motor vehicle accident cases in litigation.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Injury Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation. This includes drafting and filing various litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions. You will also have the opportunity to guide clients through the case process and interact with expert witnesses. Other responsibilities include attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar Association. We are looking for candidates who can manage a high volume of litigation cases and possess excellent client service and communication skills. A self-starter with long-term career goals and superior writing and oral advocacy skills will thrive in this role.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $125k-$300k+ depending on experience and qualifications.
