  • Lead litigation matters and manage trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
  • Argue motions and take/defend depositions, including expert witnesses.
  • Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of experience in construction law.
  • Admission to the Michigan Bar is required.
  • Proven track record in drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
  • Extensive experience in litigating construction claims.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead litigation matters and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business development skills with a portable book of business preferred.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and client service orientation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Michigan State Bar.
