# Corporate & Finance Associate - Senior Level

Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP is looking for experienced senior associates to join its Corporate & Finance group in its Chicago, Denver, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Washington, DC offices. Qualified candidates must have five years of experience in corporate transactional work, specifically in mergers and acquisitions, and have strong drafting and negotiating skills, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage components of deals.

## Responsibilities

- Draft and negotiate transactional documents
- Assist in the execution of corporate transactions
- Manage components of deals
- Provide legal advice to clients
- Work collaboratively and collegially with team players

## Qualifications

- Five years of experience in corporate transactional work, specifically in mergers and acquisitions
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to independently manage components of deals
- Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply

## Salary

The salary range for this position in Denver and New York is $370,000 to $415,000, commensurate with experience.
