Position Details:
- Litigation associate with 1-4 years of general commercial litigation experience
- Must have experience with motions, depositions, discovery and trial preparation
- License to practice in Massachusetts and familiarity with the Massachusetts court system required
- Connecticut admission encouraged but not required
- Strong academic background and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills required

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and argue motions
- Take depositions
- Handle complex discovery and ESI
- Prepare cases for trial

Requirements:

- Active license to practice law in Massachusetts
- Familiarity with the Massachusetts court system
- 1-4 years of general commercial litigation experience
- Strong academic background
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
