Law Firm Seeks Property Tax & Condemnation Associate (Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, or Washington DC)

Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm of nearly 300 attorneys, is searching for an experienced associate to join its Property Tax & Condemnation Practice Area. The firm operates from strategic locations in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto. The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of experience as a practicing attorney in the areas of real property, tax, or litigation. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Property Tax & Condemnation Practice Area
• Handle real property tax litigation, assessment challenges, valuation issues, and eminent domain matters
• Provide legal counsel to clients
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff

Requirements:
• One to three years of experience as a practicing attorney
•
• Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills

Location:
• Buffalo or Syracuse office preferred but not required

Salary Range: $100,000 to $145,000
