Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Mediation experience
- Trial experience
- Research and analysis of complex legal issues
- Writing legal documents
- Marketing services to prospective clients
- Performing discovery and due diligence
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Managing a schedule for consults and production/collection objectives
- Timely approval of invoices
- Utilizing support staff effectively
- Updating client information accurately
- Sharing work tasks with other attorneys and staff as needed
- Actively engaging in brand expansion through social media and organization participation
- Seeking positive reviews and feedback from clients

Requirements:

- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent legal research skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the state of practice
- 5+ years of experience as a Family Law Attorney

The Senior Family Law Attorney I will be expected to bill an average of 1500 hours annually, with collections expected on 1400 hours of invoices while working a full-time schedule. This equates to 30 hours per week for 50 weeks per year.
