Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join our General Liability Department in Baltimore, MD (Owings Mills location). As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain valuable experience in the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and attending court hearings and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis of relevant laws and regulations
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to strategize and develop case theories
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documents
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Admitted to the Maryland Bar with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work efficiently under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
