Barclay Damon LLP, a leading law firm with nearly 300 attorneys, is seeking a full-time Health Care Transactional and Corporate Associate to join their team. This position is available at their offices in Albany, Buffalo, New York City, Rochester, or Syracuse. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, including corporate and M&A transactional work, with exposure to clients in the health care industry. Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills are required. A portable and growing book of business is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Representing corporate clients in the health care industry in general corporate and transactional matters
- Supporting and enhancing a robust health care practice across the firm's platform

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in corporate and M&A transactional work, with exposure to clients in the health care industry
- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills
- Portable and growing book of business is a plus

Salary:
- Salary range of $120,000 to $155,000
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location
- Performance- or merit-based bonuses and other benefits are not included in the salary range
