- Independently conduct research, draft substantive pleadings and motions, and organize, conduct and manage discovery practice.
- Participate in hearings and depositions and interface directly with clients.
- Work closely with experienced lawyers, receive active mentoring, and assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
- Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
- At least six years of experience in IP litigation, with trial experience preferred.
- Technical background in software, computer science, electrical or mechanical areas.
