- Law firm seeking a mid to senior-level associate with 5+ years of experience in securities and capital markets
- Position available in any of the firm's Colorado, Utah, Idaho, or Nevada offices
- Practice areas include corporate (securities & capital markets)
- Responsibilities include working on debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation
- M&A experience is a plus
- Team-oriented and strong written and oral communication skills required

- Salary range for position (if based in Colorado) is $205,000 - $305,000, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act
