Experience Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar
- First to third year litigation experience preferred
- Insurance defense experience a plus

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage and maintain case files
- Attend hearings and depositions
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
