Law Firm Hiring Patent Development and Strategy Attorney in Multiple Locations
Salary Range: $100,000 - $375,000 per year

DLA Piper, a leading law firm, is seeking a talented Patent Development and Strategy Attorney to join our team in multiple locations including Boston, Palo Alto, Seattle, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Reston, and San Diego. About the Role

As a non-partnership track Patent Development and Strategy Attorney, you will be responsible for patent prosecution, client counseling, drafting patent applications, freedom to operate opinions, and due diligence. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution, a degree in chemical engineering or chemistry, and be licensed to practice in the state they are officed in. Admission to the USPTO is also required.

Pay Transparency

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $375,000 per year if hired to work in California. The final compensation offered will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
