About the Role As a non-partnership track Patent Development and Strategy Attorney, you will be responsible for patent prosecution, client counseling, drafting patent applications, freedom to operate opinions, and due diligence. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution, a degree in chemical engineering or chemistry, and be licensed to practice in the state they are officed in. The work environment may include a hybrid of in-office and remote work. Pay Transparency The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $375,000 per year if hired to work in California. The final compensation offered will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
