Senior Litigation Counsel, Enforcement - Any FINRA Location
• Full-time position with minimal supervision
• Litigate nationwide non-disciplinary and disciplinary proceedings
• Represent FINRA in complex disciplinary proceedings and appeals
• Provide guidance on statutory disqualification, member application denials, and waiver/exemption requests
• Draft and review legal documents, conduct witness prep, and oversee pre-hearing tasks
• Conduct litigation consults and negotiate settlements
• Collaborate with other departments within FINRA

Education/Experience Requirements:
• Law degree and bar admission
• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience
• First-chair trial experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal securities laws and trial techniques

Salary Information:
• Based on location (CA, Washington, DC, CO, HI, New York, NY, or WA)
• Actual compensation based on factors such as skill set, level of experience, and education

Other Benefits:

• Tuition reimbursement and other benefits

Time Off and Paid Leave:
• 15 days of paid time off, 5 personal days, and 9 sick days (pro-rated in first year)
