## Job Overview

Law Firm is looking to hire an experienced Cyber/Data/Privacy Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience focusing on regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues (State AG, FTC, and other regulatory agencies). They must also be well-versed in defending data privacy and security class actions (., Stored Communications Act, wiretapping claims, claims involving allegedly unfair and deceptive trade practices, and data breach class actions).

This position will be based in either New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington, DC. The expected annual pay range for this position is $295,000 - $370,000.

## Responsibilities

The Cyber/Data/Privacy Attorney will be responsible for the following:

- Engaging directly with clients and leading significant projects
- Defending data privacy and security class actions
- Analyzing and writing legal documents
- Assisting with regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues

## Qualifications
