Offit Kurman is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join our DC Litigation team and can sit in any of our DC-Metro offices (Bethesda, Tysons Corner, or Washington). The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ commercial litigation experience and be admitted and active to practice in DC. VA or MD bar is preferred, not required.

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
* Admitted and active to practice in DC
* VA or MD bar is preferred, not required

Responsibilities:
* Draft pleadings, discovery, briefs and motions
* Take and defend depositions
* Court appearances and trial work
