The law firm is seeking a Triage Call Specialist to join their medical negligence group. This is a full-time position and the employee will have the benefit of working remotely, with a preference for candidates residing in Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota. The primary responsibility of this role is to take calls from potential clients and gather the necessary information for potential claims. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as previous experience in the medical or legal field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer phone calls from potential clients
- Gather pertinent information about potential claims
- Collaborate with Medical Analysts and attorneys for further review and follow-up
- Process messages accurately and promptly
- Draft deferral letters for approval
- Ensure confidentiality and professional treatment of client information

Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in the medical or legal field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in File Site and WordPerfect
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
