Law Firm Seeking Experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney in Philadelphia

Wilson Elser, a leading defense litigation law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing insurance coverage group in our Philadelphia office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with experience in handling insurance coverage litigation matters to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage litigation attorneys, representing domestic and foreign insurers in Pennsylvania and throughout the .

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
- 1+ years coverage/litigation experience
- Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL and property)
- Experience in both third-party and first-party claims
- Coverage analysis and writing experience
- Superior analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

As a Coverage/Litigation Associate Attorney, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage/litigation matters
- Draft coverage opinion letters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage/litigation
- Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
- Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients
