A law firm seeks a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This position is ideal for candidates with 3 to 6 years of commercial litigation experience who are eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced practice. Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required, and additional admission to the New Jersey and/or New York Bar is strongly preferred.

Duties

  • Represent clients in various commercial litigation matters, preparing and presenting cases in court.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the litigation process.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and court schedules.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required; additional admission to the New Jersey Bar and/or New York Bar is preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar; additional certifications in New Jersey and/or New York are a plus.
