## Labor & Employment Attorney – Law Firm San José

Law Firm San José is seeking a 4 – 7 year attorney to join its Labor and Employment Law Practice Group in its San José office to serve its public sector clients. This position will provide legal advice to public sector and private clients with respect to employment and traditional labor matters.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide legal advice to public sector and private clients with respect to employment and traditional labor matters
* Transactional and labor and employment experience
* Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
* Prior employment litigation experience is preferred.

**Compensation:**
* Associates at Law Firm San José range from $135,000 – $200,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses
* Income partners at Law Firm San José range from $201,000 – $300,000 plus discretionary bonuses
* The actual salaries within those ranges will depend on the selected candidates’ years of practice and experience.

**Qualifications:**
* 4 – 7 years of experience as an attorney
* Transactional and labor and employment experience
* Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
* Prior employment litigation experience is preferred.
