- Collaborate with strategic and private investors, consumer brands, healthcare organizations, and academic institutions to drive innovation

Salary Information:
- Anticipated annual salary range: $205,000 in New York City
- Additional contingent compensation may be available based on various factors

Job Requirements:
- Seeking a junior associate with approximately two years of experience in complex mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, and commercial contracts
- Strong academic credentials and communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent client service in a private law firm
