Law Firm Seeking Experienced Labor Attorney for Multiple Locations in the Southeast

Are you an experienced Labor Attorney with a passion for employment and labor law? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns? If so, this opportunity with our law firm may be the perfect fit for you.

As a Labor Attorney with our law firm, you will have the opportunity to work with premier local and national employers, providing high-level legal services in all aspects of labor and employment law. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic and well-established practice.

Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Labor Attorney with our law firm, you will be responsible for handling a variety of labor law cases, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and more. You must have a strong understanding of labor law and possess at least 2 years of experience in employment and labor law. Other requirements include:

- Juris Doctor degree and current license to practice law in good standing
- Completion of formal studies in labor law
- Excellent written and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and collegiality within the workplace
- Willingness to travel as needed
