Job Description:
The Orlando office of a leading law firm is seeking a mid-level associate with three to five years of experience in public finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in municipal finance, tax and securities law, and experience working with governments, underwriters, and banks on municipal finance transactions. Responsibilities:
• Work on a variety of public finance transactions, including bond issuances, tax-exempt financings, and public-private partnerships
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions
• Participate in business development and marketing efforts

Requirements:
• . degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• 3-5 years of experience in public finance or equivalent experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Desire to take on significant responsibility
