Job Overview: A law firm in Miami, FL is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Trial Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive litigation experience and will play a key role in handling complex commercial disputes for the firm's clients.

Duties:

• Led and managed all aspects of complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Develop case strategy and provide counsel to clients on litigation matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Requirements:

• 15-25 years of experience practicing law with a focus on commercial litigation.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex commercial litigation matters.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
