Duties:

• Conduct client consultations to understand their estate planning needs and goals.
• Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to the client's circumstances.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on probate and estate administration matters.
• Assist clients in navigating the probate process and resolving estate disputes.
• Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Estate Planning and Administration.
• Proven track record of handling complex estate matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.

Skills:
