Greenspoon Marder, a leading national law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Leasing Associate to join our team in either Fort Lauderdale or Miami. This position will primarily focus on commercial office leasing arrangements for large, national, institutional clients. We are looking for candidates with 4 to 7 years of experience in commercial leasing, specifically with high-end tenant representation office leasing transactions for major companies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid environment at an entrepreneurial firm.

Responsibilities:

- Handle commercial office leasing arrangements for national, institutional clients
- Provide direct client contact and work independently
- Run matters autonomously when appropriate
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services

Requirements:

- New York Bar admission
- 4 to 7 years of experience in commercial leasing
- Experience with high-end tenant representation office leasing transactions for major companies
